Buttermere

Today was wet in the lakes-a wet morning.  I hadn't been to Buttermere for ages to photograph.  My intention was the photo the 'Buttermere Tree' and use long exposures.  A change of plan: Buttermere was calm and the sky kept dropping this wet stuff!  It was also dark.  Occasionally the sun appeared highlighting parts of the Fells.  Never mind by the time I got to Keswick via Honister Pass and Borrowdale the sun was out and at home too.
I had thought to Blip a photo from yesterday showing the dramatic change in the weather.  I may back Blip that one!
A New Zealander asked if I could change £10.00. I couldn't so gave them the change they were short of-they intended to spend the day at Buttermere.
