Shakedown run

One week to the car show, and time to test the Zodiac out on the open road. She was in exalted company with our two support cars - a Saab 99 Turbo and an Austin-Healey Sprite - and the trio turned a few heads en route. 

Not everything went 100% smoothly, but by the end of a day in which we covered coming up for 40 miles, the two problems we encountered - running hot, and stalling when pulling away from idle - were fixed. All thanks, of course, to Steve, Jason and John; without their awesome expertise and efforts over the entire project we'd never have got anything like this far.
