Good parenting....

I went back to yesterday's venue this afternoon! It was just as beautiful! There were more people around as it was after 'school' time, but it was still quiet and uncrowded and everyone was so happy and relaxed.

These swans and their cygnets were just some of the wildlife in this nature reserve. They were not very happy at me getting too close and I had to back off a bit to stop them hissing at me!

Other activities observed: making daisy chains, playing pooh sticks under the bridge, family picnics, a glass of wine and a good book and plenty of dog walkers. Summer is here I think.

(I must remember the wine on my next visit. And my picnic blanket on the ground!)
