Started the day with an 8am 8k canicross group run.
It was humiid and I haven't run for a while so it wasn't easy but it was good to run with others again.
This evening we were supposed to be dog sitting for a friend whilst she went to a family party but she has covid so not going.
As we were at a loose end we decided we would  go out for a meal. It was a beautiful evening sat on the terrace eating calamari. 
Perfect.
