Chicken

Chicken Cordon Bleu-ish, and wild rice pilaf.

We had food delivered and I had a sort of deconstructed (i.e., not stuffed) Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was bland, but that wasn't its fault (I've enjoyed it more before).

Which brings me to my illness update... Covid officially has me mad! It took away my sense of smell! I'm definitely hoping I'm not among the longer term sufferers of this particular symptom.
