All at sea

The rowing was in a park a 5-minute walk from where we used to live. We visit the park from time to time for parkruns. When we lived there (for 17 years) we hardly ever popped along - we missed out on something of a gem.
Mrs S enjoyed her run until she fell over. She is rather shaken and somewhat bruised. As a former first-aider, I prescribed a lay-in tomorrow and a comfortable seat watching the cup final.
