More Rain

My neighbour was having some roofing work done but, typically after a few dry summer days, today the heavens opened. Still one good thing came out of it as the builders noticed a problem with my gutter so they fixed that as well (though my wallet may not agree!!).

I managed to get out between the downpours for a few shots around the garden. My gladioli are still flowering well, and I love the colour of this one glistening in the rain.
