Samson and Goliath - Belfast

As the ferry ploughs up Belfast Lough from Cairnryan these iconic nautical cranes dominate the city’s skyline. We crossed the Irish Sea ahead of “Storm Betty”. We have both visited Northern Ireland separately. This is our first foray here together. Belfast was buzzing as we made our way to our hotel. We have a long list of things to see and do here - whatever the weather! (We are car free having left it in Cairnryan!)
