Book Festival

Rachel and I haven't been to the Book Festival since before Covid so we decided to go today. We walked into town so Lando could have his nap in the pushchair. I needed to go to the bank on Hanover Street then we walked up a very busy Mound and over an even busier Royal Mile. I probably shouldn't say this but the crowds and buzz of the Fringe does nothing for me these days but as I live far enough out of the city centre the population of Edinburgh doubling in August doesn't actually affect me!
The Book Festival has moved to the art college and although we enjoyed our time there it doesn't have the same vibe it used to in Charlotte Square. 
We got the bus home but had still walked over five miles.
