Sourdough

That is the rain setting. After a dry, though very windy day, that is wet weather here. Perfect time to do some baking. I got the sourdough starter on the go this morning and it has risen nicely with lots of bubbles!
I have made enough for two loaves this time. We are off to friends tomorrow so a loaf of freshly baked sourdough will be a nice 'thank you ".
