Awaiting Storm Betty

Heavy traffic all the way from CalderValley to Anglesey just as we expected but it was a steady drive.
Arrived at the artist’s cottage in Beaumaris at the expected time and we were soon settled in ( see extra) the owner’s paintings adorn each room.
Also amused to see the most glittery toilet seat we had ever seen :-))
Adele and l popped out to give Peggy a quick walk as heavy rain was predicted and the sky was dark but atmospheric and the air felt warm even though we could feel the wind strengthening.
Floodgates in place  too.
