Flower Friday

While exploring the Vet School campus on my afternoon walk, I came across a low hedge of these flowers. (No idea what they are.) There were umpteen bees dotting between the flowers.

PS  Was it really necessary for the BBC to send Rita Chakrabati to Manchester to report on the Lucy Letby case? I'm sure she could've done just as good a job from the BBC studios in London. Just saying.
