Change

Not the most exciting day.

A couple of meetings in the morning. One was ok, the other was a complete waste of time.

Had to head to Cardiff then to University Hospital of Wales to Crohns clinic.  I've not been seen face-to-face since about 2017/18.  My crohns has been pretty stable for years so there has been no need, the IBD nurses ring me every year to make sure I open my bowels.  Lol!  Anyway a long wait and of course everything is ok, so no dramas.

The hospital has changed quite a bit since my last transplant clinic here in 2019, there are lots of new buildings.  I didn't recognise it.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  No dramas at the hospital
