Shells And Shadows

Revisiting an old theme, but with a new twist. Wonderful stroll along the beach with the tide out exposing rocks and seaweed and stones and shells. A steady cool breeze took the edge off the sun's heat. Easy to lose track of time.

I dabbled with black and white thinking high sun and deep shadows, but also texture. I found this cluster of limpets on the side of a rock, such that their shadows were elongated. Also, the strong directional light picks out the ridges on the shells.
