Busy day

Richard was off by taxis at 6am as he needed to be at the hospital for 7:30. Unfortunately his operation didn’t occur until after lunch. However all went well with a very experienced consultant doing the procedure. He had to wait to check any bleeding had stopped before I could pick him up. It will need to heal before it can be used for dialysis so for now he will still use the chest line.

Thomas was just a bit sore but was discharged and on his way home to recover. He is coming to stay with Stevie next Monday as Beth is away and he needs help with dog walks. He has to be careful he gives the repair time to heal.

In the meantime I am busy decorating. Just at the moment there are not enough hours in the day.
