Body Attack!

Our buyers had their survey done today.
Fingers crossed all is ok.
Ours should have been conducted today so let's hope that's ok too.
This evening a friend and I did a body attack class  it was quite full on but fun so will definitely do it again.
My heart rate got up to 176 at one point much higher than it gets in most exercise classes.
