Blanes, Day 5

Back blip

On our first visit to a Blanes in 1992, we drove in our 2CV and camped in our little igloo tent.It was the first long weekend after Bb had started his MBA and we couldn’t quite believe that we could get away to the Costa Brava for the weekend. Although we haven’t camped for a few years, we still love wandering round campsites, seeing how different nationalities set themselves up - some minimalist and some (the Spanish/Catalans usually), who bring everything, including full size flat screen TVs! We wandered round a few this afternoon, studying them, and noting that there aren’t many small tents now and more motor homes, bungalows and glamping set ups. The other pic is of a lovely garden that we walked past - more south of Spain than Costa Brava, with all the tiles and water feature.
