After a morning stroll, blethering with a good friend, we headed down to Port Edgar to grab a coffee.

On arrival we found out that the Scottish Rugby Team were down there too for a photo shoot and some media appointments.

It was all very chilled with the WAG's and kids enjoying catching up with their men folk and some late summer sun also.

Some of the team even had time to perfect their "French Cricket" skills.

But hopefully it's their Rugby Skills that will take them a good distance in the up and coming World Cup
