Back Blip

A first for me today - and another football ground ticked off my list - a visit to the Balmoral Stadium, home of Cove Rangers. 

It was game that (in my not so unbiased opinion) Falkirk deserved to win but so nearly lost. A penalty kick awarded to the home side that could so easily have been a foul awarded to Falkirk, an own goal equaliser, at least three shots that struck the Cove post and bar but didn't go into the goal, a crazy defensive error that gifted the home side a lead that they held until a Falkirk equaliser after six minutes of stoppage time. An eventful game!
