A colourful scene

What an exhausting morning. First a run before it got too hot then back home in time to watch the women’s World Cup , England versus Australia. Wow that was tense. Well done the Lionesses and commiserations to Australia. So often England have been in that situation. 
After that a trip to the local sewing shop to get quilt wadding. It’ll only be very simple I don’t do complicated stuff.
Had to have 40 winks this afternoon to get over the excitement, looking forward to the final on Sunday.
