The Dark Star.

Following a rather busy day, our home feels very much like our own again. The washing machine and dryer have been running most of the day.

Pat has been busy unwrapping all her gifts and cards. She has started writing Thank you notes.

Many of her gifts are to do with Rabbits. Who would have guessed? There is also some rather fine bottles of Champagne and a gift voucher for two to one of Scotland’s Top Restaurants.

I had not taken a photograph for today,, but I did see the Dark Star. This is a light fitting which is Mexican in origin. Very Sculptural but does not let much light escape.

It makes an interesting image, especially the shadows which are cast on the ceiling.
