York Station

An eventful journey south today, first we get stuck behind a poorly train, which dies in Newcastle and we inherit its passengers, then a tannoy message "is there a doctor on the train?" don't know the outcome but we spend quite a while in Darlington while the passenger is treated, hopefully successfully. By the time we arrive in York our 14:01 connection is long gone. Still the sun is shining, and there's a train at 16:01 so no big deal.
