Lancaster Crit

W looking relaxed in purple. Busy day, walk, email catch up, couple of meeting then W made me beans on toast :-) Out for a lunchtime walk. Productive afternoon, E will be pleased when I see him tomorrow. W made tea. Then Lancaster again. It was all going really well, he looked really relaxed and was in a good spot. Unfortunately they were in one big group and there was a big crash halfway round the last lap. W is ok but others weren’t. He has a few scratches as does the bike and lots of nettle stings. He will sleep well after an antihistamine.
