The "Walkey-Talkey" from Whitechapel

So today was exam day. Pleased to say I passed (got to love multiple choice exams on the PC!). On my way out of the exam centre in Whitechapel I couldn't help to stop to admire the Walkey-Talkey tower rising up above the street line. Starting to look almost finished.
