Colour

A nice day trip to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. 

We started at the World Press Photography exhibition at the Scottish parliament. Always worthwhile and a huge tribute to the power of photography to tell a story.

Then on to the Smash Hits exhibition by Grayson Perry at the National Gallery. A very thought provoking exhibition. This is a detail from one of the many tapestries.

We finished our day with the entertaining and very funny Gyles Brandreth before heading home for Chinese carry-out and a glass of wine.
