Skiddaw.

Today was totally different than yesterday: what a difference a day makes, 24 little hours, goes the song.
This is Skiddaw showing the whole Fell.  I was attracted to take this photo as I noticed the sun highlighting purple heather beginning to stand out.  About two weeks earlier than usual.  A time when the Fells turn a gorgeous purple.  Worth seeing.  (Look closely to the left and right of the summit where the sun is beginning to highlight heather.)
Clouds yes, but warm.  On the way back from Keswick sun shone and is still shining now at home.
