Monarch's Dance / Promise of Sunflowers

We had errands in town, and on the way home, my husband dropped me at Way Fruit Farm so I could check out the sunflowers growing next to the local vet's office. There was a row of colorful smaller flowers by the sunflowers, and several butterflies played happily there.

I've got two photos to share for this day. Above is a monarch butterfly, dancing with a brightly colored flower. You can see the dark spots on the hind wings that tell us it is a male. In the extras is a picture of a sunflower, getting ready to open, full of promise.

My soundtrack songs are the Hooters, with And We Danced; and When in Rome, with The Promise.
