Spot The Bench

Quite a night here in Wiesbaden - a really loud storm rolled in at around 5 this morning.  Thunder and lightning and lots of lovely rain.

Not exactly conducive to a good night's sleep.

And consequently it was a slow start to the day.

A "quick" run to pick up a prescription.  It only takes 2 and a half hours to get to there and back because public transport is fantastishit.

On the plus - online banking works again despite the best attempts of the bank's IT department to make everything as difficult as possible.  Whoever thought that the app was brilliant really needs a hoof in the swingers.

It rained and it was very close outside. In German you say "Es ist wirklich schwül" ("It's really muggy")  If your pronunciation isn't up to snuff and you say "Das Wetter ist wirklich schwul" then you've just said "The weather is really gay".
