Colonnade

We travelled into Manchester for our haircuts this afternoon. There was only one other customer, we and the staff wore masks as usual, so it all felt comfortable

Whilst J was having her cut I had a walk around nearby streets and spaces, taking a few photos on the way. I especially like two of them. The main because of its simplicity - I’ve always liked the colonnade alongside the Town Hall extension. The extra because of its complexity, there’s a lot going on. The Town Hall and Square refurbishment is taking longer than anticipated and is over budget for understandable reasons, but it will be worth it.
