Joy

The theme of Jay Lafferty’s Fringe show, which we saw on Sunday evening was joy and how she got her own joy.

So off to Gullane I went for an early morning walk, and guess what, I found the serenity of listening to the waves, and walking along the beach looking at the scenery, joyful.

Back home now patting cats.
