The Bridge…..

Maisie and I were out very early this morning. The days are getting longer with sunrise at 7.15am this morning.
The light was lovely by the time we reached the bridge over the Taylor River at the confluence with Doctors Creek. It’s hard to believe that during last year’s winter months we had several big floods in the Taylor River Catchment. At one time the flood waters were rushing across the deck of the bridge. There was no access to the Taylor River Reserve for several days.
