Alison

Today, I visited Attingham with my friend Alison who I've been friends with for over 30 years and she was one of my bridesmaids. It's her big birthday soon and we enjoyed lunch and then a walk around Attingham and we were lucky to miss the terrible weather from this morning. The walled gardens are past their best but we still managed to find a colourful corner by the orchards. Alison has only been once before, which I found amazing as she's lived here all her life. I think I managed to sell her the benefits of a National Trust membership- maybe I should be on commission!
