First School Shoes

What a long and busy day! It included the joy and privilege of buying little Miss B's very first pair of school shoes, with time to 'break them in' by wearing them around the house, from time to time, over the next three weeks. Mrs B and I both had a lump in our throats. Little Miss B was so excited! 

Afterwards, we went to Soft Play and LMB had me crawling around all the play equipment and sliding down the four parallel slides with her. At least these are wide enough for an adult's hips (!) Before that we'd baked cupcakes and had lunch at Family B's house. Even picked dandelion leaves for Pandora AKA Pigpanda the guinea pig. (The latter name is what LMB called her when she was very little, and it stuck.)
