Sanity Saver

I had a mind numbing desk day full of unplanned emails and phone calls. I was going to say I didn't get everything done onthe list but I didn't even get the list written in the first place.
Mrs SJR suggested I get a quick turn out on the bike, just the view point and back, so only about 14k but with some lung bursting hills, I felt the good of it.
I am bit disappoined the viewpoint seems to be a permanent camper van park of late.
