Grow food. Grow health

Visited a friend this afternoon who has just acquired an allotment in Bridge of Allan.
She is a keen gardener and plans to grow vegetables and flowers. 
 
But it will be more than just a veggie plot.
She has already marked out an area  for a small patio, garden seat, and a greenhouse. 
 
For it will be a place to relax, a sanctuary, as well as a site for organic gardening.
