Sunflowers...

...searching for sunshine! As you can see in the extra....no sunshine, but an interesting backdrop of the 7 Sisters. R and I walked up Seaford Head late afternoon and I had a play with camera settings....and trying to find a sunflower that wasn't blowing around. 
A lovely manicure today as I had the 'wedding' shellac taken off. Back to my plain old nails now. Struggling to do much with my sore wrist.....
