Prints

A challenging start to the day but then I went out with a friend for lunch and a catch up, putting the world to rights ... or at least trying to! 

My prints, ordered on Thursday, arrived today, two days earlier than predicted. I am really pleased with the quality of them all. Three were ones I'd had printed at a high street store (at considerably greater cost) but wasn't happy with how dark they were. They have all printed much better and are now back on the wall. The rest of them, as seen here, are potentials for the show competition. I haven't decided which ones I'm entering yet. One of them was a photo I submitted to the Guild this last time (results on Monday) I know it is sharp but it also has a lot of noise and I'm not sure it will get through. I decided to print it while I was doing this batch just to test it. It is printed 12" x 8" and there's no noise evident so I'm really pleased with it.
