Beacon Hill.

Beacon Hill stands high above Halifax and has recently been given a new viewing platform to celebrate the Rotary Club's Centenary.

The five stainless steel panels you can see in my blip identify all the well-known buildings, monuments and landmarks over a 180 degree panoramic setting. It also gives a brief description of these landmarks and tells you about the history of Halifax.

Even on a grim weather day, it's a brilliant place to stand and stare!
