At IKEA after work perusing the kitchen units but I have measure up at home first. I think this would just about replace a cheap table and butcher's block with something that is both stylish and capacious.

Bought two bookcases (at half price which match our other living room units), two bedside tables (to replace the dining chairs we've been using for a year) and an extra drawer for the cocktail cabinet. Ordered for delivery on Friday morning.

Jen left at 6AM this morning for her first 10 day training stint, the house will be very quiet without her, and the cat will have to get used to not having someone to spend all day in bed with, I think it will hit him harder than me :)
