Dinner party

Most of the day was preparation of food and clearing up of the house ready for friends coming round for something to eat. John and Sue who live most of the time in NZ (though sometimes here in UK) love our house so came to say goodbye to it as we will have moved by the time they next visit.
Various discussions on why we are moving, why we want to go to the house we think we are buying etc. Good to get their views but ultimately it has to be what is right for us, and it isn’t easy to decide between competing priorities
