Writing

I left Little Man at home with his daddy. I wanted to spend a bit of time with my good friend, B, and I didn't think that Little Man would appreciate having to sit in his pushchair for a couple of hours. So B and I had a drink together before we went our separate ways. I've stopped for a bit at a local pub for a bit to sit and write before heading home. It's been a long while since I've been able to get any amount of downtime without having to give the Little Man my full attention. For those of you who have had kids, you'll know that having kids is a lot of work, but it is very rewarding. So, having any time to myself is a huge chance to think and recharge.
