Busy Sunday

After church this morning I sang Happy Birthday to Helen on the telephone.  A bit of a tradition as we never see each other on our birthdays.

In the afternoon I was engrossed in the Women's Elite Cycle Race from Loch Lomond to Glasgow.  Great scenery and a tough course through the city, and won by Belgium.

Had a lovely meal down at Waverley Park, cooked by Karen, and a good chat.  My main photo is taken in their garden, the tomatoes are in our greenhouse, and the other photo is the winner of the race crossing the line
