Water lillies

As I went to pick some fruit in the garden today I noticed these in the pond. Always good to see them
We had a coffee after church again this morning and within 10 minutes of staring to drink it I had dreadful stomach cramps. The same happened yesterday so we think it might be the sweetener. I don't normally sweeten the coffee but I did this morning. Yesterday I had a sugar free syrup . It seems when I get the cramps now it could be the sweetener. We will see.
