Tailwalking

Marion came to parkrun with me and joined me as a tailwalker. We walked with a lady who managed one lap and then dropped out, saying she had gone further than she thought she might.

Her son was running and encouraging her at the end
so hopefully she will be back.

The lady I walked with last week was back too although I didn't see her. I also walked behind a man who need to drive along a section of the course to reach the slipway during a small tidal window. He emailed in to thank us.
