8:30pm and watching the weeWeir fall asleep.

She's had a packed day, including a wee spill from her scooter due to a front wheel falling off at speed. Not the best. Skint knees and all that caper.

She's also not been that keen to go to sleep either.

So I'm standing here to make sure it happens.

And it did.

Cycled to and from work today, which was a wee extra workout. And a nice day for it - despite the clouds.

An interesting course for a few hours today too. All about leading people through change. Some reminders of things I'd been learning about in the past, and some new things too.

Ideal. I think.
