Baking!

I bought the Jane's Patisserie cook book a little while ago, but I haven't baked anything from it, until today! These are Rhubarb and custard Blondie's - and I'm quite pleased with them. We're going to see our niece tomorrow evening and I usually bake brownies because her 2 children love them. I thought I would bake the usual brownies but also bake something more adult, and I liked the look of these in the book. I'm particularly pleased that mine look like the picture in the book! It's good to try something new
