Parkrun Birthday

I attended a (local ish) parkrun event around 20 miles away at Lanark Moor. They were celebrating their 5th birthday and I heard there was cake.

It was a great event with a mix of trail and twice round the Loch on a tarmac path.

Friendly bunch of runners and volunteers.

Ten pin bowling with the FiL this evening. L away to Edinburgh festival with friend I and her parents to see the Friends show written by the guy who performed the Buffy show we saw on Tuesday.

Should be fun.
