Blue skies and sand

Felt a bit better this morning. The Puffin Pool is open again so it was soo good getting in the warm water.Had a good chat with Anne.
Afterwards we picked up David and went for breakfast at Dalmore Farm. Really good. Saw one of the Soltman brothers ( Worlds strongest man 2021 and 22) .
We picked up some jam from a road side stall.
On to get a coffee for Mike and David and a milkshake for me from the Coffee Bothy in Golspie. A piece of Rocky road appeared too :)
Went for a walk at little Ferry . The tide was out and a lone seal was hauled up on the sand.
Started to feel abit unsteady again and painful back and knees so had a lay down on a bench. It’s so frustrating !
Drove through Dornoch on the way home.All the bunting was out as it’s Gala week. Very pretty and very busy .
