Elephant in the room.

Bit of a bad day, possibly not helped by a visit to to the Doctor's this morning making me dwell on things I'd rather not think about. And my blood tests were all negative, which is supposedly a good thing... PMT also wasn't helping matters, I tried to give myself a boost by getting out into the sunshine but it was a bit of a mistake so I slowly plodded back home and dropped into bed. Which was blissful. Sometimes you just need to go back to bed ;)
