Rory pusscat playing on the mini tower. All three black beauties have been around since arriving home yesterday. They are very sweet.

We are just in from an lovely evening meal at Calgary, the last of the series this season. Our first visit. Great fun, with a good number of locals attending, we do like our food around here. Tonight was innovative, vegetarian and very tasty. The young woman serving us is from Australian, a full on entertaining character who was perfect for the evening. A local couple played music all evening, they were excellent, with what seemed to be rather loud to begin with, gradually blended in with the chat. An annoying part of ageing, to me, is not enjoying loudness, I can’t hear anything, if that makes sense. However we coped and I’m sure the parts I didn’t hear I made up.

A fun evening, a good time to finish off a wonderful week.
